Gabriel Morgan

About Me:

I am a student at Florida Polytechnic University, I also currently live in Florida.

I enjoy doing math, solving a problem in my own way, and seeing how other people tackle a similar issue.
Additionally, the process of solving math problems is very cathartic for me.

I am a very social person given the opportunity.
People say I talk too much sometimes, but I believe that this makes me exceptional in group work.
I enjoy working with a team that is passionate about a project, and I am always willing to uplift and push my peers to try their best.

I enjoy trying and learning new things as I am very open-minded, although that does not mean I don't have things I dislike.
My greatest drive is to help others and create a better future for humanity.

Career Summary & Goals:

I am currently focusing my studies on Electrical Engineering, as I wish to pursue a career in prosthetics and robotics.

I am confident that I meet many of the basic qualifications for an internship or apprenticeship in Medical Engineering:

I am very proficient at math; I enjoy and can recognize when and how to apply mathematics to solve practical or technical problems.
My math skills will certainly be useful in a Medical Engineering environment, especially for building and maintaining medical devices.
(CT Scanners, X-rays, etc.)

Learning how to use a tool or system comes naturally to me, assuming I get basic training and some hands-on experience.
I am both a quick and hands-on learner; this comes in handy when learning how to use a tool or program.
Additionally, my quick understanding of tools and programs allows for easy maintenance of these systems.

Finally, I have plenty of leadership experience and enjoy working with my peers towards a common goal.
Having teamwork and leadership skills is very important to any workforce
I am confident that my experience will be incredibly valuable to my employers.
Specifically, I am excellent at engaging my peers in a task and encouraging them to put their best foot forward when working with me.
